Fitness for the Hasidic community

Hi there, I’m David Outevsky, a fitness and conditioning coach with a master’s degree in physical science and many years’ experience in sports and movement. 

I specialize in weight loss, cardiovascular health, postural correction, somatic movement, and rehabilitation. 

In my work with clients, I draw upon my experience as a professional dancer, martial artist, and Pilates trainer as well as on my knowledge of anatomy, kinesiology, and injury prevention to help them lose fat, gain muscle mass, improve mobility, maintain a good heart function, and rehabilitate after surgery while improving their postural and movement habits.

My ideal clients are adults who would like to improve or regain their fitness levels after sacrificing their health for work and family or who have sustained an orthopedic injury or heart problem they want to address through fitness. I also work with couples who want to work out together to maintain general health and teens who need to improve their postural habits or simply get in shape.

Whether working with individuals, families, or educational institutions, I tailor each session to meet the needs of the community while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
