    MSc Sport Science ( dance focus). ASFA - CPT & Pilates Instructor

    David has been a lifelong mover in various fields including Wing Chun Kung Fu and Pilates. After a long career as a ballroom dancer, he transitioned into personal training, focusing on the pillars of Alignment-Mobility-Strength.

    Vanda Polakova

    Certified Dance and Fitness Instructor

    Vanda is a professional ballroom and Latin dancer as well as fitness trainer who designs programs to based on cardio and fitness protocols to help you achieve a dancer’s body.

    Sophie Cazeneuve

    Certified Yoga Instructor (500 hrs)

    As a certified yoga instructor and professional dancer, Sophie bases her training on the fundamentals of movement awareness, somatic practice, and mental wellness.

    You can pay a la carte or take a package plan. A la carte gives you flexibility, and package plans give you discounts and bonuses. Our Gold package gives you the most benefits with extra online coaching and complimentary refresher courses. Our Silver package gives you all the foundational training plus access to our online kinesiology course library.
