    MSc Sport Science ( with dance focus)

    David has been a lifelong mover in various fields. After a long career as a ballroom dancer, he transitioned into personal training, focusing on the pillars of Alignment-Mobility-Strength.

    Dance and martial arts

    David uses his background as a professional ballroom dancer and a Wing Chun kung fu practitioner to design effective mobility programs.

    Pilates & Stretching

    As a Pilates and Reformer trainer as well as a stretching educator, David can help you develop your core and flexibility through research-based methods.

    Resistance training

    Our functional resistance program is designed to develop strength for longevity, combining traditional weight training with mobility and alignment.

    You can pay a la carte or take a package plan. A la carte gives you flexibility, and package plans give you discounts and bonuses. Our Gold package gives you the most benefits with extra online coaching and complimentary refresher courses. Our Silver package gives you all the foundational training plus access to our online kinesiology course library.
